Objectives of research at Leeds

To test whether past droughts can impact the response of trees to subsequent drought events and diseases

MEMBRA will assess the impact of past drought events on trees using a combination of tree-ring widths and isotope analysis, testing how past drought events affect responses to subsequent drought events.
